I’m a certified personal trainer specialising in improving body composition through strength training programmes, cardio and nutrition. I’ve been training myself for over 15 years predominantly using weight training and cardio.
I can offer tailored plans to suit your lifestyle and goals including weight loss, fat loss and muscle building fitness and nutrition plans. If your goals to improve general health and fitness I can also help with customised programmes and advice. I can also help you track your macros, offer tailored nutrition plans specific to your need and requirements on combined packages. As part of this service I will set up regular virtual consultations to catch up on your progress, make any adaptations to your training plan and answer any queries you may have. You're able to reach me via provided what's app number or email throughout your time on my programme for prompt response and some packages include video demonstration of all exercise's if your new to fitness training.
