Basic package costs £70 per month and is most suited to clients with some basic knowledge of how to perform the exercises although assistance and guidance will be given, more advanced packages include video demonstration of each exercise.

Premium
Premium package includes -

- Optional consultation call every 2 weeks at suitable time to discuss progress and answer any questions.

- Continuous support throughout via what's app and email.
Premium package costs £85 per month and is most suited to clients who are new to training, have not exercised in a while or have concern's regarding starting a training programme and would like additional support.

Premium Plus package includes -

- Continuous support throughout via what's app and email.
premium Plus package costs £100 per month and is most suited to clients who want the additional ease of having there full meal plan designed in addition to the training plan. Meal plan will be provided in line with your goals wether that be muscle building, weight loss or to improve general health and well being.
